Weighted blankets are helpful with anxiety and with those on the autism spectrum.  These are good to use when upset, anxious or over stimulated. Ideally they should be 10% of your body weight plus 1 pound if used as a blanket.  Many adults use these as a lap blanket too.


Locally made of Constellations and blue flannel;  10 lb blanket.  These are not flame retardant. These should never be used on a baby or child not able to lift the blanket off themselves.  Never recommended for children under 3.
